Instant Credit/Debit Card and EFT with Payfast:

Choose this method of payment to instantly pay for your order using payfast.co.za

 

PayFast is a payments processing service. They enable easy, secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers. Payfast allow payments in a variety of ways processing credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of SA's four biggest banks that get instantly verified) and Ukash.

 
HOW DOES IT WORK?

With PayFast, you can make secure and instant online payments to us for our goods and services. You don't pay anything to use PayFast.

By Manual Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):

Once you have completed your shopping in the online store, confirmed your items at "Checkout" and clicked on "Place Order", you will be presented with an invoice showing purchase amounts and delivery costs depending on delivery methods available. You will also receive confirmation via email.

In the case of EFT you will be required to mail your proof of payment to marketing@avidity.co.za - Once the proof of payment is received we will ship the item to your address.

 

Cash on Delivery

We will deliver the item/s to you and will provide a cash receipt for cash payments. This option is for local deliveries only.

 

Delivery & Postage

 

Free Local Delivery (40km radius of Empangeni & Richards Bay – including the beach):

Allow 48 hours for delivery of in-stock items to your door once payment has been received (unless cash delivery is requested). You will be notified of any items that are out of stock and of their expected delivery date. These items will be placed on back order if requested. 

 

Postal or Courier delivery for the rest of South Africa:

Allow 3-5 days for delivery of in-stock items. You will be notified of any items that are out of stock and of their expected delivery date. These items will be placed on back order if requested.


We use Time Freight courier services. The cost of postage will be shown separately itemised on your invoice in the total order. Delivery cost is R350 for boards and equipment.


Shipping Damage

We take pride in our packaging and do everything we can to properly package each item to ensure your order will arrive in the same condition as it left, undamaged. In rare circumstances, outside of our control, an item may show up with damage incurred while in transit.

 

Visible Damage upon receipt of parcel

Upon delivery please inspect the box and contents for any visible signs of damage before signing for and accepting the shipment. If you find any damage to the contents, please refuse the shipment by writing “Refused due to damage” on the BOL and return the shipment to the driver.

 

Damage after accepting shipment

If you have signed for and accepted the shipment, then noticed damage to your item, you have 24 hours from delivery to request an exchange of the iSUP.

 

Filing a shipping damage claim

To expedite the filing process, navigate to our contact page and send us a message regarding your shipping damage claim.  Alternately telephone the contact number provided, or send an email. Include photos in your email/message. 


Once we have been notified, we will arrange collection of the iSUP  (in its original packaging and unused state) for exchange..

We use Fastway courier services. The cost of postage will be shown separately itemised on your invoice in the total order. Delivery cost is R100 per order for clothing and accessories and R250 for boards and equipment.

Note: If you would like to use Registered Post via the South African Post Office please let us know by indicating so in the "Checkout" area if available. In this case items shipped will be charged for according to weight and destination and will be itemised separately on your bill when this feature becomes available. Currently only courier delivery is possible.
